Parimatch Terms and Conditions

These are the rules that govern your use of Parimatch. They cover everything from registration and betting to payments and account management. By signing up, you agree to all of them. Read through before you register. If something does not make sense, ask support first.
The platform is operated by Medium Rare, N.V., a company registered in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (licence number OGL/2024/1451/0918).

User Responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to use Parimatch. The platform can ask for proof of age whenever it sees fit, and accounts stay suspended until the right documents come through. Your login and password belong to you. Do not hand them to anyone, not friends, not family. Every transaction made under your credentials is treated as valid, no matter who actually placed it.
When you sign up, enter your real information. Fake details will catch up with you at withdrawal. Follow the law where you live, and do not try to work around geo-restrictions with VPNs or proxies. Gambling is supposed to be entertainment. It is not a financial strategy. Set yourself a limit and respect it.
Taxes on winnings are your problem. Parimatch does not advise on tax matters and is not obligated to. If anything suspicious happens on your account, tell support right away. And be civil with staff. Abuse, threats, or harassment lead to account closure.

Account and Registration

One account per person. That is the rule, and Parimatch enforces it. Duplicates get shut down, funds get held, and you get banned permanently.
Register using your real name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Your gaming account runs in Indian Rupee. If the information you provide turns out to be incomplete or wrong, the account can be suspended and any deposits treated as invalid.
The account is yours and yours only. No selling it, no lending it out, no letting someone else bet through it. Fund transfers between player accounts are blocked. If your phone number or address changes, update the profile or let support know.
Parimatch reserves the right to reject any registration without explanation.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before you can withdraw, Parimatch needs to confirm who you are. This is standard KYC procedure across licensed gambling platforms.
At any point the platform may ask for a colour photo of your passport or national ID. Sometimes a driving licence, utility bill, bank statement, or a selfie holding your document is also needed. Photos only in colour, formats JPG, JPEG, PDF, or GIF, max 10 MB. English and Hindi are the accepted languages for documents.
Certain features stay locked until you pass verification. If you ignore a document request for 30 days, the platform can deduct your balance at its discretion. Enhanced verification gives you one calendar month to submit everything.

Restricted Territories

Parimatch is unavailable where online gambling is illegal. The blocked list is long and includes Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Bonaire, BVI, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Curaçao, Cuba, DRC, Eritrea, Estonia, France, Germany, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Kenya, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Monaco, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Netherlands, North Korea, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, South Sudan, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, among others.
Anyone caught using a VPN gets their account closed and funds confiscated.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The platform works with bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, and other electronic methods.

  • Every deposit must come from an account in your name. Card details have to match your gaming profile. Third-party payments are rejected, and illegal funds are obviously off limits;
  • Do not deposit money just to move it around. Accounts that show deposits with no real betting activity get flagged, and Parimatch may start charging individual transaction fees;
  • Before you can withdraw, 70% of your deposit needs to be wagered. This applies across all payment methods;
  • Withdrawal requests are accepted around the clock and processed within 3 business days. Anything over the equivalent of USD 100 requires identity verification first;
  • Transfer fees come out of the recipient’s side;
  • Mistaken credits stay Parimatch property. If you already pulled the money out, it becomes a debt on your account.

Hold on to deposit receipts for at least 3 years. They help resolve disputes if anything comes up later.

Financial Limits

Parlay odds cap out at 2000. If the combined odds go higher, winnings are still calculated at 2000. The maximum payout on a single bet is USD 1,000,000 equivalent. Bet limits are set per event and can shift without notice. Parimatch can also adjust limits for individual accounts.

Overask

To place a bet above the section maximum, submit an Overask. Minimum is USD 100 equivalent, and only singles and parlays qualify. No live bets. The request has to go in at least 5 minutes before kickoff. Parimatch decides within 5 minutes, accept or reject, no partial fills.

Betting Rules

A confirmed bet is locked. No edits, no takebacks. It only counts once Parimatch sends you confirmation.
The platform can void bets if there was a technical error, a clear pricing mistake, or a terms violation. Odds that are obviously wrong compared to the rest of the market get cancelled.
Events postponed by more than 36 hours are settled at odds of 1. Interrupted events that do not resume within 12 hours get split treatment: outcomes already determined are settled normally, everything else goes to odds of 1. A match moved to the opponent’s ground means refunds. If the result changes later because of a protest or doping case, the original result stands for betting.
Sport-specific rules override the general ones. Always check the relevant section before betting on something new.

Prohibited Uses

Parimatch is personal entertainment. The list of things that get your account shut down and funds seized is not short.

  • Multiple accounts. Using fake identities or other people’s payment methods. Betting on behalf of someone else;
  • Bots, scripts, or any kind of automation;
  • Exploiting software bugs or bonus loopholes;
  • Money laundering. Structuring deposits to dodge detection;
  • VPN access from a restricted country. Collusion with other players;
  • Match fixing, insider betting, or anything that compromises event integrity;
  • Chargebacks after gambling activity. Any flavour of fraud.

If you have inside knowledge about an event, you cannot bet on it. That covers athletes, coaches, referees, managers, team owners, and anyone else who could influence the result.
The platform runs monitoring systems and behavioural analytics. Suspicious transactions at or above USD 2,500 go straight to the FIU Curacao.

Cash Out

Cash Out settles your bet early, before the event finishes. The payout reflects the current odds and may land above or below your original stake. Works on both pre-match and live bets as long as the market is still open. Applies to the full parlay, not single legs. Parimatch can accept or reject any Cash Out request, and availability is not guaranteed.

Inactive Accounts

If there are no deposits, bets, or withdrawals for 12 straight months, the account goes inactive. After a notification, Parimatch starts charging 5 EUR (or equivalent) per month from whatever balance is left. Bonuses and loyalty points get wiped with the first charge. Make a deposit, place a bet, or withdraw, and the account wakes back up. If the balance hits zero, Parimatch may close it entirely.

Complaints and Disputes

Problems go to support at [email protected] or live chat. You have 10 days from the result registration to file a complaint. Parimatch targets a 30-day response window, though complicated cases can stretch longer.
Server records are the final word in any dispute. If you are not happy with the resolution and your claim tops EUR 5,000, you can take it to an independent ADR provider at no charge, but only after exhausting the internal process.

Changes to Terms

These terms get updated from time to time, no individual notice. Bets already placed keep their original conditions. New bets follow the new rules. Staying on the platform after an update means you accept it. English version is the only one that counts legally.
